Mini Naan Prosciutto Pizzas with Scott’s Crispy Onions
1 packet Scott’s Original Crispy Onions (more if desired)
6 mini plain naan breads
200ml garlic and herb passata
6 slices prosciutto, roughly torn
200g packet pizza cheese
1 yellow pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
85g baby mushrooms, sliced
Small tub of olives, stoned
Pre-heat the oven to 200oc/180oc fan/gas mark 6.
Put the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread a good tablespoon of the passata over each of the naans. Top with the prosciutto, cheese, pepper, mushrooms and a few olives.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. When the pizzas are almost ready, top with a large handful of Scott’s Crispy Onions and bake for a further 30 seconds, then serve.
