The Product
What are they?
They are a freshly sliced onion, coated in seasoned flour and cooked in rapeseed oil. Did you know? They are originally known as ‘tobacco onions’ due to the strands of onion resembling tobacco. They are the perfect complement to any meal and can also be eaten as a snack.
What makes them awesome?
They are delicious, extremely moreish and they will make any meal extraordinary. They are handmade in our purpose-built factory, from the peeling and slicing of the onion right through to the application of the sleeve, ensuring every packet is made with love and care! We pride ourselves in the fact that every packet is restaurant quality and is of a consistently high standard. They are made fresh every day making sure that they are crispy, full of flavour and ultimately delicious.
How can they be eaten?
As they are already cooked, they can be eaten either hot or cold. A hot meal will naturally heat the product when topped on your food but if you do wish to add some heat beforehand simply remove the outer sleeve and film and pop the tray into the microwave for 30 seconds or a hot oven for a maximum of 2 minutes. Many of our crispy onion fans can’t wait until they get home and tuck into them straight from the packet.

Our Company
Stemming from a 65 year old family business we launched in 2012 with the mission to produce the best tasting crispy onions in the world. We have taken the ordinary, humble onion and created something exciting, diverse and ultimately delicious. Sliced onion, coated in seasoned flour and cooked in rapeseed oil, it gives you the perfect crunch, texture and moreish flavour. No ordinary onions. Six years ago, as the first company in the UK/Ireland to cook in house, package and retail crispy fried onions we have worked very hard to perfect the product. We are constantly innovating and adding to our range of flavours, giving our loyal customers great choice, which covers all tastes.
